Wellness Wizards Limited
was founded by Holistic Nutritionist Irene
Swedak in 2003.
Inherent
in the company name…"Wizards" was chosen to
represent resourcefulness, ingenuity and customer satisfaction.
As the demand for
her services grew, Irene incorporated the company and expanded
her list of services and products - including books, charts,
professional supplement products, and on-line resources. Irene believes that the root causes of many illnesses
are due to (or exacerbated by) improper digestion, absorption
and/or assimilation of nutrients…it follows that her
protocols focus on improving these processes.
As a comprehensive nutritional consulting firm, we offer private consultations, menu-planning, seminars, workshops and lunch & learn programs throughout the GTA and southern Ontario. Our consulting services and products are available to anyone with internet access, world-wide.
In 2005, the
company launched customized "at-work" health
and wellness seminars, delivered to corporations
in a lunch
& learn format. In 2008, they expanded their offerings to include First Line Therapy Lifestyle Education Programs offered through Meridian Naturopathic Clinic in Mississauga.
Summer 2006,
saw the launch of Irene's first co-authored book, Feed Me...I'm Hungry! which can

Wellness Wizards'
commitment to professionalism includes Continuing Education
Programs, and as such - we facilitate and conduct programs
with other health professionals and organizations, including
mentorship programs and networking
for holistic nutrition practitioners.
We offer a variety of seminars and workshops
throughout the year at various locations. Customized workshops
for particular health or food-related topics are also available.
We are a member of the Canadian Health Food Association and the Company of Women.
